Elizabeth Banks To Play Laura Bush

Actress Elizabeth Banks is in final talks to play the wife of current U.S. President George W. Bush (to be played by Josh Brolin) in Oliver Stone’s controversial and fast-moving 2009 biopic W. Banks has five films due this year, the most notable being Kevin Smith’s raunchy Zack and Miri Make a Porno with Seth Rogen and least notable being the Eddie Murphy Pluto Nash-esque Meet Dave. I love Elizabeth Banks. She is simply one of my favorite actresses right now. She simply is goregous and is a stellar actress. And now she will be playing Laura Bush. Wow, this is probably the first time I have been attracted to a first lady. I am not sure what to say abnout this film. On one hand I think they should make it due to the fact that George Bush did live an extrodinary life. But I simply think that it is too early. If they wit another 5-10 years then that would be fine but I just feel this is coming to soon.- Movie Rat Mike
